At Simply Perfect Flowers, we are dedicated to ensuring your floral gifts are delivered fresh and on time. We handle every arrangement with the utmost care from our studio in Abbotsford to the recipient's door.
1. Delivery Areas & Fees
We proudly provide local flower delivery to Abbotsford and surrounding communities in the Fraser Valley.
  • Abbotsford (Local): Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's postal code.
  • Extended Zones: We also service Mission, Aldergrove, Langley, Surrey, White Rock and Chilliwack. Please ensure the correct postal code is entered for accurate pricing.
2. Same-Day Delivery
For same-day delivery, please place your order by 10:00 AM PST.
  • Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next business day.
  • If you have an urgent request after the cut-off, please call us directly at 604-557-0055. While not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate "last-minute" requests.
3. Mother’s Day 2026 Deliveries
Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 10, 2026.
  • Due to exceptionally high volume, we recommend pre-ordering at least 3–5 days in advance.
  • Specific delivery time requests (e.g., "by 10 AM") cannot be guaranteed during the Mother's Day weekend (May 8–10). Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
4. If the Recipient is Not Home
Flowers are perishable. If the recipient is not available:
  1. Our drivers will attempt to leave the bouquet in a safe, shaded area (weather permitting).
  2. We may leave the arrangement with a neighbor and notify the recipient with a door tag or phone call.
  3. If no safe location is available, the arrangement will be returned to our studio at #101 - 33721 South Fraser Way. A re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt.
5. Cancellations & Changes
As per our Cancellation Policy, orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of being placed.
  • After 1 hour, cancellations are non-refundable as our designers have begun prepping your fresh blooms. However, you will receive a store credit for the full amount with no expiry date.
6. Privacy & Security
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information (name, address, and phone number) only as required to facilitate your delivery. We use Shopify to process your data securely and share delivery details only with our trusted fulfillment partners.
