Q:What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 9am -7pm

Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: Closed

Q:Will the delievered arrangements look exactly the same as the picture online?

Floral substitutions, while rare, are sometimes necessary due to regional availability of certain products. Simply Perfect Flowers will take extreme care to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement using fresh flowers of equal or greater value. For example, in a single flower arrangement such as a Rose Bouquet, we will make every effort to match the flower type, but may substitute with a different color. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items in a given arrangement may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holiday seasons.

Q:What if I would like something that isn't pictured?

Give us a call! Custom arrangements are our specialty! We'll be more than happy to create an arrangement that meets your needs. We can discuss your budget, colors your are looing for and what type of flowers you would like to see in the arrangement.

Q:What time will my gift be delivered?

All orders received before 1pm can be shipped or picked up the same day if desired. Please specify your requested shipping or pick-up time and date in the comments section.

Q:Do you deliver on Sundays?

Unfortunately not at this time.

Q: What if I give you a incorrect address?

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Simply Perfect Flowers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Q:What if I ask Simply to leave the item at door?

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Simply Perfect Flowers cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Q:If I wish to cancel my order. What must I do?

If you would like to cancel your order you must notify us as soon as you possibly can and not later than 36 hours in advance of the delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may incur charges up to the value of your order.
