FAQ Q:What are your hours of operation? Monday-Thursday: 9am - 6pm Q:Will the delievered arrangements look exactly the same as the picture online? Q:What if I would like something that isn't pictured? Give us a call! Custom arrangements are our specialty! We'll be more than happy to create an arrangement that meets your needs. We can discuss your budget, colors your are looing for and what type of flowers you would like to see in the arrangement. Q:What time will my gift be delivered? All orders received before 1pm can be shipped or picked up the same day if desired. Please specify your requested shipping or pick-up time and date in the comments section. Q:Do you deliver on Sundays? Unfortunately not at this time.
Q: What if I give you a incorrect address? If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Simply Perfect Flowers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Q:What if I ask Simply to leave the item at door? The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves.
